Canadian Funding Corp is a private lender.  As such we have obligations to meet before engaging in business with clients in order to avoid lawsuits. Our borrowers expect us to properly perform the following: close the loan in a timely manner; provide an acceptable percentage rate; be client focused; and act in an ethical and tranparent manner. To avoid complaints, Canadian Funding Corp. acts in this manner.

On the other side, it is important to note that borrowers also have obligations to meet. Canadian Funding Corp. clients are also expected to act in an ethical manner. The primary responsibility of the borrower is to have a current and realistic appraisal of the collateral in question. This is critical, since if and when a borrower misrepresents the value of said property, it is impossible for the lender to move to closing. In addition, such behavior or any deliberate omissions often precipitates complaints, lawsuits, and allegations of fraud which Moishe Alexander and Canadian Funding Corp. want to avoid.

The happiest scenario is when both parties close a deal successfully and shake hands. It may be so that America has become increasingly litigious but a positive result is truly the American way.
